ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Another complaint against — Simran Arora

I am being dodging from one employee to another but nobody is assisting with proper response and respectfully. All of the employees got no manners how to respond customers. When i am mentioning from front that i am in cst time zone give me time accordingly this "Simran Arora" messaged me with 1 to 5 PM, which is night at our side. I had taken an insurance from ICICI prudential whose policy is 11398385. I paid premium in this policy continuously for 15 years. I received the maturity of this policy on[protected] in which only Rs 217568 was paid to me whereas the fund value of this policy was above Rs 4 lakh.
