Dear sir,
I am a policy holder with no. [protected] and had paid my premium due for
2017 vide cheque no. 297933 of indian overseas bank, rasulgarh branch,
Bhubaneswar, odisha.
The cheque was handed over to a idbi federal agent present in the idbi main branch of bhubaneswar between[protected] to[protected] as do not remember the exact date.
The same was debited from my account on[protected]
Also i had several rounds of telephonic talk with different executives regarding this after i received many reminder messages for premium repayment.
Then i was told that the issue has been sorted out and my premium has been credited to my policy no. [protected].
But to my dismay again the same message of outstanding premium for june 2017 was sent to me several times when i was preparing for paying my june 2018 premium!!
Even i had a talk today 26th june 2018 at 09:52 am to the customer care executive.
I was advised to send a mail along with my identity proof.
Also i have sent a mail with documents (Aathaar, pan, bank statement and screen shot) today. Was this information helpful? |
