I requested for a AC servicing on 3rd April (free service as product was under warranty) from IFB. At the time registering for service, the customer care guys told to check company id's of the AC servicing guys. I was told to reject the service if they had no company id. When the AC service guys came they had no company id, so i sent the guys back and asked them to send guys with proper ids. Even after repeated escalation(around 4-5) they didn't send anyone. Eventually they sent other people but they also didn't have company ids with them. But seeing no hope of not getting any other persons to do the servicing, I allowed them to do the servicing.
But the AC service guys did their work very poorly. Proper cleaning was not done. On requesting to do proper cleaning, they said that in free service you please expect only this much.
But I didn't give them the code to close the ticket. TIll date, i.e., 9 May apart from email conversations(occassionly) IFB has not even bothered to take interest in resolving my issue. They even haven't offered to redo my servicing.
IFB is more concerned about money than customer satisfaction
