However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I am very frustrated and mental harassment by company.I was permanent employee in and worked from 4 feb 2014 to 19 December 2014. I was getting my in hand salary 51, 500/PM. Company has given notice for 15 days only for termination from my resignation on basis of performance.
