On the 3rd of May, I tried to book a ticket from Chennai to Bangalore. Due to some issue on either the bank's end or IRCTC's end, the transaction "failed" therefore the ticket was not booked, yet my money was deducted. After calling IRCTC's 3 phone numbers multiple times, the assured me that they could see that my money was indeed deducted and the ticket was not booked, they would refund the money to me. It has been 4 days, I have no complaint number and the money hasn't been refunded to me either. How long am I expected to keep calling them, asking for my money, especially when they don't even answer the phone call for hours together?
