Indigo Airlines — Refund request for failed booking

Address:19/1900A, Bhajanakovil Road, Calicut 673002

On[protected], I tried booking 2 tickets from CCJ to BLR and as directed in the site, payment of Rs.6122 was made as per ref No.[protected], on[protected]. However, due to some technical error, the site went blank and I could not proceed any further. I recd an email at 7:51 pm on[protected] as shown below:
