I am an Indie customer account number[protected]. And my indie account has been debit freeze since last month. To solve this issue I went to the nearest indusland bank branch and they told me the fraudulent activity has been marked due to too much transaction and to solve that you have to renew your KYC and for that I have been given my aadhar and PAN card and also as per request by the manager I have given an application that I give my consult to increase my account as their no problem activity has been going through my account. And he told me that the bank account will be increase after 2 days which was supposed to be around 28th of February but still not unfreezed. I have around 50000 in that bank account and ideal immediate my fund to clear my news so I request you to kindly and freeze my account earliest or else I have to go to the banking ombudsman as I have no option left and also see you for the time which the money has been frozen in the bank account without my consent.
