Dear sir,
I am from piska more, vikash nagar, ranchi and here to complain about that in my street there is pet dog which has became mentally mad. It is absolutly out of control from it's owner. It is always chasing after the people who are coming and going daily from that route.
Today the same inncident happend with me. I request to do something about this matter...
