Hello,
Today I had made online order through just eat for one of the
occasions. Later, I have received the call from your customer care that I
cannot place online order for more than two in a day with a coupon code.
Interesting this was, nowhere in the website has it been mentioned
about such restrictions with the coupon code. Also, I was able to pace all the
7 orders successfully in the website which means that website hasn’t blocked me
in case I cannot place more than two orders a day with/without coupon code. My
amount also been deducted for the same. I have received the order confirmation
too. Later, I have received the call from customer care and I have been updated
that my placed all 7 orders will be cancelled because of the restrictions
(which obviously I didn’t see anywhere in the website). Since I was not
convinced with the answers from the tele caller, I had requested to get me
connected to any of the senior person. But, the senior person was talking
totally arrogantly and respecting neither my words nor my occasion for which I
have placed the orders.
I had to re-plan the food arrangements because of this and asked
your tele caller to cancel all the orders which is not been cancelled yet(till
14:20 Hours, 3 hours from the time of order is been placed) even I have called
to customer care to cancel the orders twice. I am not sure, why this is taking
longer time to cancel the order.

I am expecting a clear explanation on

Why my order has not been processed when there was no restrictions
from the website.
·
When my order has not been processed when the payment was accepted
from the website
·
Why my order has not been cancelled even after repeated calls to
the customer care and also even after 3 hours from the time of order
All the above makes me to understand your way of service to the
customer, unprofessionalism and fake promises to the customer
I am also attaching few offers which has never mentioned about the
restriction that, I cannot order more than two in day using any coupon codes.
