I made an order from the KFC app on 15 May, I made the payment via Paytm for total amount of ₹1013, the payment was successfully made but when I went back to the app, it showed that there was no order been placed so I called the helpline number regarding the issue, they said they will file a complaint and I will receive my refund within 4 to 7 days but now it’s already been 10 days and I haven’t received my refund yet. so I called the...

KFC India — order no. k314a07693 not delivered

Address:Air Bypass Road, Tirupati

I ordered from KFC app on 15th May 2024 at 7:45pm. I can't understand the status of my order as it shows your order is on the way in track order section but when I go to the order lookup it shows order completed at 8:27pm. When I try to contact the restaurant or even the KFC toll free number none of them were connecting. I ordered cash on delivery so no money was deducted but I had done prepaid order what would have happened to the money??...
