Sub: Delevery one item instead of two items of shipment.
Dear,
On 18/10/2020 I received a SMS (Dear Customer, your "Pre-paid" shipment awb [protected] is out for delivery by ECOM executive Ph: [protected] PIN: 20123) of my pre paid order (ID:#502862)then I received two consecutive ph calls from [protected] and [protected] and delivered a single package to me.
I check my email address and order details for an item of my order to be missing(Pro
[protected] RED/CHERRY/PINK LADIES LADIES CANVAS) then I see that my order is already delivered on dated 18/10/2020 with two items but on that day I have received a single package from the said delivery agent.
So you kindly arrange a necessary steps to Delevery my missing item as early as possible.
Otherwise further steps will be made by me for the negligence of ECOM delivery executive and the unsecured/unreliable system management.
