I recently booked a ticket from CHN to CBE via KPN travels app. I have neither received an E-ticket nor an email or text confirmation regarding my journey. I am not able to cancel my ticket, since the website says the given boarding pass number is not valid and I am not able to log in into their app. I tried reaching around 10 to 12 numbers of their offices and branches.
