I purchased a LivPure Water purifier just 45 days ago and now the TDS level became less than 40 and with is not good for drinking. I raised a service request on 2nd May. I got allocated with a service person for May 3rd. As no one came and tried to contact the person on 4th of May and he said will call and come and disconnected phone and I contacted the customer care and shared the Regional supervisor numbers to contact where they will help me out on the issue. I contacted that person and he told will send me a service engineer and today is May 9th, no one has come for checking this issue. Even when i try to reach the supervisor he is not picking up the call or disconnecting. That is the only source of drinking water for my family where children has to drink. I clearly explained the situation and no proper response form the Livpure service. I could have purchased some local products for good support. In stead of putting so much money buying a good brand for good service support. I have attached the service request SMS.
