False Promises

I have purchased good worth 13000 as 26th Jan 60 lakh gift offer. I was supposed to get an email on internet purchase of free diamond jwellary worth Rs 60k immediately after the call. Not received so far. Also, was suppose to get a call to know the live commentary on bumper draw, not received any such call. I would like to sue India Today Book Club which is a fake and bogus company....
