I have ordered cake and flower boquet on[protected]. The said they can deliver and i paid the full amount 3days in advance. And at they last minute they said they cant deliver due to some reasons and said they will deliver 2days later after the occasion. I immediately asked to cancel the order and asked for refund. They that they initiated the refund and i will get back the money in 7 working days which i never got. I almost called 20 times since then asking for the status. They say that due to some "technical" issues it is getting delayed. When i ask what are technical details they say they don't know. When i shouted at them they said they identified the issue and refunded in 10 business days. I patiently waited for 10 days and called them again. And the answer is the same. Now when i am calling them asking for details they abruptly put the call on hold with no manners. I warned they that i lodge complaint against them online fraud and they are least bothered.
I am not sure of how irresponsible they are.
Please help me in getting my money back
