I placed 2 orders (Lx[protected], lx[protected]) in january. I have been constantly following up with them. Every time, they end up giving a new excuse. They are neither delivering nor cancelling my orders.
The first follow was done 20 days after i placed the orders. They told me there is some problem with the supply chain and asked me to wait for 10 days more. I waited for 20 more days. Next time i contacted them, they started with a new excuse. They said luxehues.com is getting acquired by a new company and till all the formalities are completed, i will have to wait.
