Getting error:
Your e-KYC based request has failed due to length of address present in Aadhaar exceeds the maximum length of address accepted in PAN Application form. Hence, your PAN application cannot be processed using e-KYC mode. However, this application can be processed using scanned documents with e-Sign / physical mode by generating new token. Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Pending Reset IPin/Re-Issue of IPin request is already present for this USER ID/PRAN 1102****15

I'm trying to reset password for generating I pin and I'm getting the below error.

"Pending Reset IPin/Re-Issue of IPin request is already present for this USER ID/PRAN."

Looks like the request pending with the nodal officer and the PRAN number is "[protected]".

Hope this get resolved at the earliest....

With reference to my PAN CARD
I encountered the below error

PAN entered by you is not in proper status in Income Tax Department Database. Please write to us at dpr.[protected]@nsdl.co.in with colour copy of PAN Card to look into the matter.
