Money withdrawal through debit card

i am using ATM card of OBC bank. On 02 Jan 2009 i used my ATM card to withdraw Rs. 5000 from a AXIS bank ATM. first i entered all requisite data but there were no money came out from the machine . machine did not gave me transaction slip also. then i tried 2nd time in SBI ATM but i found Rs. 5000 deduction from my account automatically on the same date. Immediately i informed my branch manager and lodged a complaint on 08 Jan 09 vide complaint...

Internet Banking Form Not Accepted

I'm a account holder of The bank Oriental Bank of Commerce, Branch EC-Dera Bassi, I'm resident of Noida, U.P. I wanted to submit my internet banking form as per its terms and condition, though I couldn't manage to submit it in my actual branch, so I went to a local branch for submitting the form. And it was rejected and as they asked me to courier that application form to my respected branch.

ATM Card Lost

In the morning 10 'o' clock, 18-apr-09 saturday, at RAJENDRA PLACE METRO STATION, I wanted to withdrawl a sum of Rs. 3000/- INR, first I checked balance and after completion this process my card got stuck and machine showed the message insert ATM card. That time I have to pay urgent money. This is what service providing OBC. There was no guard, when i find he was listening radio other side...
Now this can happen with anyone....

wrongly debited from saving a/c

Dear sir,
Please note that i have saving account with oreintal bank of commerce, south ext part-II, new delhi-110049. My a/c no/. is [protected]. Few months before i found that my a/c debited wrongly on 10/02/09. other details are given below:-

no atm card till date

dear sir/maam.
i m a reputed customer o[censored]r esteemed bank viz oriental bank of commerce frm very long time.
but these days it is seen that no body is taking his/her responcibility properly in the bank premices.
i had applied 4 my atm cum debit card on 5th jan 2009, but till date i not get my card.even bank employes of new mandi branch, muzaffarnagar(U.P) not want 2 talk 2 me on this account.

chargeback money is not returned from last 4 months

hi sir, this is yogesh.i have a account in the obc bank in preet vihar, new delhi.maine ek din apna account check kiya to pata chala ki mare acc.se 500.rs withdraw hogaye hain .jabki maine kiye hi nahi.mera request no.20086621 hai.main 3 months se wait kar raha hun....

no proper response from manager

Dear Manger,

Oriental bank of commerce.

Subject: repeated visits for checking the account reconciliation. No response from the authorities of the Ameerpet branch manager or staff since 2 months.

Reference: enclosed all the letters for follow up on Account number [protected]. The mail chain started in October 24th 2008 and it un resolved till date.(attached the complete mail chain)

I have saving bank account no. 13699 at Indian Overseas Bank at NHPC, Sector-33 branch, Faridabad. On 01/07/2008, I tried to withdraw Rs. 1000 from ATM no.
