[Resolved] Pacenet Meghbela Broadband [PMPL] — toll taken twice by cash and fastag deduction

Hi nhai team,
While traveling from gurgaon to jaipur on 30th august 2020, the toll was collected by cash rs 65, saying that fast tag is not working for stand still car. Later when i saw the fast tag transaction on my sbi fastag account. I saw that online deduction of rs 65 for manesar toll. The operator did not print the car number as well on the cash receipt. I would request you to look into this complaint as this might be getting big scam. I saw similar complaint on your portal of 28th august. Attached the photo of cash receipt and online transaction of same date.

Updated by Pankaj Sharma 03 Company name of complaint is incorrect. It should be MCEPL toll plaza or Manesar toll plaza.
