I purchased a new eureka forbes vacuum cleaner on thursday 5th march 2020 & 8 : 30 pm from pai international hrbr (7940) branch along with 1 year additional extended warranty.
I unpacked the vacuum on sunday 8th march & was very excited to start using the vacuum.
Unfortunately i found that there is a defect in the vacuum. The lid does not lock oneside resulting in no proper suction.
I also observed an arrow mark drawn on the handle perhaps with a marker or a pen.
It’s very surprising & it indicates that it’s a used vacuum cleaner.
There is no visible external box damage.
I have called pai helpline on[protected] & the executive told that they cannot replace the vacuum & advised to contact eureka hepline
After requesting the executive raised a compliant & i later received a message with service request number # [protected].
Since then no response from either pai or eureka forbes. I am stuck with a vacuum that i have paid for and can't use.
