Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is only pretending to solve the issue. From 21st
Nov’14-28th Nov’14, the kind of pain & harassment we have faced
by the Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Team (Mr. Pankaj & Ms. Rakhi Singh)
cannot be explained in words. Our all painstaking efforts, follow-ups, phone calls, mails and
requests from the day Pantel
Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Team had assured to replace the faulty device till today
has been wasted.
I am a Seniour
Citizen & my age is above 70 years. The current situation is that my stress
level has risen a lot due to Pantel Team’s rude behaviour after a phone call
which Mr. Pankaj Kumar from Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. had made to me yesterday.
He spoke very rudely to me & put all the blames to me. Yesterday, Mr Pankaj
insisted me to give a false declaration of Rs. 99/-as the valuation of my
Calling Tablet (actual price 6999/-) to the Pickup service. He very rudely
spoke to me & kept blaming me for unnecessary calling & disturbing him.
I was shocked by this type of rude behaviour from Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Team. He was charging me as it was my fault that I had posted the complaint.
The heated discussion was very stressful for me.
Pantel
Technologies Pvt. Ltd.’s after-sales service is pathetic. I am in lots of stress
& harassment since I have purchased the product of Pantel Technologies Pvt.
Ltd. in August’14. I had gone to its Service Centre in Kolkata where they had refused
to provide any service & was very rude. After that, I had put up my complaint
in the website. Since then, my pain & stress had doubled. The Pantel
Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Team had been pretending to replace the faulty device since
21st Nov’14-28th Nov’14 but each day they are harassing
me by sometimes changing their address of delivery, sometimes changing the
pickup code & ultimately they have forced me to give a false declaration of
the valuation of the product as Rs. 99/- whereas the original price of the
product Penta T-Pad is Rs. 6999/-. It
seems that the Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Team is forcing me to give a false
declaration which seems to be unethical
& they are trying to make my issue more complicated. I have totally lost my
faith on Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. & after a long 8 days of Device Replacement
Saga created by Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd., it seems to me that there is no
guarantee that Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will send me a new device instead
of my faulty device as they had assured before.
For me buying a
product from Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a total waste of money, lot of pain and
mental stress.
