Found a glass piece in the bottle while having Slice Mangola

It was just shocking to find a piece of broken glass in my mouth while having Slice Mangola at the office Cafeteria. The bottle was not broken so was surprised how it reached inside the bottle in the drink. Is there any fault with the production area of the drink? I think serious steps needs to be taken by you guys on the same and a check should be made. A glass piece in the stomach could have been dangerous. Think was lucky enough to recognize...

Prices charged more than MRP

Dear sir
I am residing in Bangalore where MRP of this product is Rs.8 for 200ml but mos of the shops take Rs.9 They say that Rs.1 is towards cooling charges but even if i am not taking cold soft drink they still charge Rs.9.
In few shops i have paid Rs.10 for cold soft drink.

Pl note that they do not open bottle and give. I myself take bottle and open it....

Colding Charges being asked in addition to MRP for cold drinks

"COLDING CHARGE",
yes that's the term used by many shop keepers who sell cold drinks such as pepsi, coca cola etc. These shop keepers charge the consumer 1 Rs or 2 Rs in addition to the MRP price for the cold drink. On asking the reason for the charges they say its for the electricity/storage charges for keeping the drink cool.

Well if it is so, why doesn't the chai wala ask for heating charge?...

OVERCHARGING

I am right now at Kolkata airport ( 13th July'2008 at 9.15 am ) waiting to board my flight 6E 409(Indigo) to Ahmedabad.

Being a fan of Pepsi i went to the pepsi counter to buy a PEPSI MY CAN...MRP @15 INR...But the person refused to take 15 INR and charged me INR 25. As i had already opened the can and to avoid any embarrsement i paid up. The person had one reason to say, " Airport mein to sab cheez mehgi hain"br...

Extra Charge for Cold Drink by Retail Shop

I am staying in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. From my childhood, I have observe that for Cold Drink, All Retail Shop charge Re 1 or Rs 2 extra of MRP value.
My concern is, whether Retail Shops can charge more then MRP price.
Retail Shop not ready to give bill for the same. This is happening in INDIA's INDUSTRIAL CAPITAL CITY - MUMBAI.
Kindly guide us & help us to STOP this.

NO CHIPS IN PACKET

Hi this is Juhi from udaipur, i have purchased 150 gm packet of Lays which only has air and no chips .

i have been regular consumer and i definately feel tht this is not as per the standard of the company .
though the matter is only of rs 5 but the amount of shame i felt in front of my two daughters tht is not at all mesaurable .
they were asking me to buy this for long and whole...
