customer care is not so supportive, they are not serious for the customer even they don't have any surety to give . I am having some technical problem and i have contacted them a lot of time, mailed them but i got no response, the worst services ever . i don't think they will take any action in case of lost device . Don't go for quick heal gadget securence .

The worst response received till yet from aarvi insurance on behalf of quick heal. I logged a claim on 31.07.2017 but till yet I have not received any satisfactory answer from aarvi neither from quick heal. This seems to only a furod in name of insurance. Now I plan to logged legal complaint against both firm.

Quick Heal gadget insurance is the worst form of thugs - they will push you the insurance at the time of sale and will be a nightmare if you have to claim god forbid! liars and cheats! i had filed a claim which reached intimation stage. post which I was supposed to get an email from them giving details of the process and next steps but the mail never came!!! Repeated calling on their call center did not give any results!!! Cheats! IRDA should take an action on them - have you tried to file a case on ombusdsman or IRDA?
