Redbus — Unauthorised change of seats by Krish travels Coimbatore- three hours delay

We had booked ticket from Coimbatore to Chennai for 8th September by Krish Travels. Allotted seats by Redbus app were 3 and 4. But in the evening the bus sent us message as seat numbers 15 and 16.

Similar change in seats had been done for several passengers, who all started quarreling and then complaining to Police. Police came to...

Redbus — Refund is not issued yet

I had booked my train ticket on 11th august from Mumbai to Guwahati but for 19th nov but due to some reason i had to cancel it, but i didn't get the refund. I tried to call them, but they didn't receive the call...
