I called up customer care on 15th aug at around 1.15 pm from my reliance number for some query. Since it was somewhat confusing, i asked the question twice and the cc executive (Harpreet kaur.. The name told by cc exec.. Hope it's correct) spoke very rudely.in this service industry, it's strange to find such rude and ill mannerd executives in a customer oriented company. When she was asked to transfer line to seniors, she kept the phone on hold for 12-15 mins and finally disconnected. I do not wish to continue this 9 year old relation anymore with rim where such ill mannered executives work.
A response from someone senior expected.
