From past few days we are facing network issues, we tried to reach customer case on chat but they are not ready to take any complaint on it and already TAT is available and they gave reference number MR00016ONHNC. On 01/04/2023 my mobile with two sims was stolen. Got airtel sim within hours. While getting jio, they insist on biometric which shows error due to digilocker which was installed in the stolen mobile. Submitted manually photos and copies of required documents . Still duplicte sim was not activated and customer care people disconnecting the line. Even after four days not activated and being ill treated. Why jio insists biometric issuing duplicates...

Since 1 month or more I have been facing poor voice network in mobile while at home I hardly hear any voice call from other side although other person clearly hears my voice. If I call any person from other area, I hear voice but from my residence situated at Fulbari, Malda, I do not hear any voice I receive.
