[Resolved] Sai Education And Job Consultancy — Delay of my refund amount

Hi, I am mohamed javith my SEJC BILL no:1558, 1539 I apply for my qatar job in sai consultancy on September 2020 so I pay initial amount of 1 lakh rupees for start up my job process then they told me 6 months duration to complete my job process but they prolonged my job process it will take up to 1 year 9 months I waiting for my visa Confirmation but they didn't provide me visa Confirmation so I decided to cancel my job process and request to refund my amount back so June 25 I apply my cancelation via email then their refund policy procedure they told me within 3 to 4 weeks you will get your refund amount but I didn't get my amount on their refund policy date then they told me July 26 you will get your refund but today(july 26) they call me and told me you will get your refund amount on August 8 so it really frustrated because I waiting for my job 1.75 years but they couldn't provide me visa Confirmation now they also delayed my refund amount I already have financial problems in my family regarding this 1 lahk amount so I request to sai organization refund my monry back before your mentioned(Aug 8) date Was this information helpful? But the Visa process got delayed based on the Qatar Government rules started to provide the limited Visa’s only. During the pandemic situations we couldn’t provide the job placement. We should complete the previous batch. So, the current batch process got prolonged the days. Mr.Javith, We are not intensely did anything to you. As per the agreement we need to refund the full amount. So, that we couldn’t refund on time. Our sincere apologies for the job process delay and as per the terms and conditions we already enclosed the time duration, disclaimer and refund policy and we already updated the situations to you.
