Samsung India — note 9 urgent complaint

After My Previous complaint to consumercomplaints.in, samsung executive called me and bluntly told that we cannot do anything in this matter and the service center people kirti nagar have closed the complaint and is saying to collect the handset. My old complaint no. with SAMSUNG is [protected]. They did not give me any resolution. People should know that this is how samsung serves their customers. Samsung services are poor. Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 03, 2019 Updated by dcyaho Samsung is not taking the matter seriously. So many problems are coming in the phone when phone is in warranty. I will now go to consumer court and media and will do the needful. Sep 05, 2019 Updated by dcyaho I am not getting any reply from Samsung Samsung thinks that they are very big company they are big bcz of their customers but they treat customers like they are of no value. They are provoking me to go to Media And consumer court. They are not helping.
