Mailing to you regarding a misguided by a representative of matrimory. I have been convinced to pay the amount for 6 months gold membership package and been asked to give my matrimony id. I paid on 3rd May 2020. And also told that if I'm not satisfied with the service I can make a call and cancel within 15days without anY question they will cancel it.I have been told that u can view all castes in same matrimony by simply changing the filter condition. So I thought that I can view all the profiles and later checking on that I am not able to view all profiles so I told to customer care that I'm not able to view and they told that customer support team member will guide on this. But no one called and helped out. I raised complaint to customer support multiple times and simply they told they will help out. I told I'm not satisfied with the service and asked to cancel but no one helped to cancel. I have been misguided and made me to pay. This is a big amount for me. I am really worried on this.

I have paid 10384rs. But there was an offer also going on by that time. I have viewed 5 mobile number. I keep on asking to change to 3 months gold service which was in offer of[protected]+18%gst= 3540.
I haven't views all the mobile number.Atleast they can make it to 3 months and refund the remaining amount. They are looting the money simply like anything. Team please helpe on this
