I am a Tata Play customer and on 8 October, 2023 I mistakenly recharged the Tata Play account with Subscriber ID [protected] and Mobile Number +[protected] old ID, not working) instead of my new Sub ID [protected].
So, I would like to request the refund of my above mentioned Recharge of Rs 200
Transaction ID: TD[protected]
Subscriber ID: [protected]
Recharge Amount: Rs 200
Please kindly look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.
