After 3 weeks of requesting filter for an Gravity based water purifier, I finally received a poor quality filter on 14-Jan-2021. After a few days, 20-Jan-2021, when I realized this, I've been asking them to have a look.
Despite several mails and follow ups at [protected]@ncouragefoundation.com and in their customer service, I'm yet to receive any feedback.
It's been 2.5 months ... and counting ...
