I purchased haier ac based on dimensions mentioned on tatacliq website as 60x57x38 on 20-jun, on 22-jun i received the delivery and dimension of haier ac received was 66x77x43. This ac does not fit my window, so on 22-jun i requested for return, since then there had been no response from tatacliq.
Every day i make call to their customer care they give assurance but no one is contacting and processing my return and refund.
I have received complaint number [protected], from tatacliq and escalation number 325225 from automated email. Every communication they mention that they will contact in 1-2 day but then there is no response. Was this information helpful? |
