We deeply apologize for the experience you are facing. While we try our level best to fulfill claims within 7-15 working days, I understand that you did not receive any correspondence from our team within that time period. We had recently changed our support system and our new customer support email is [protected]@tekfusiontechnologies.com, and we request you to send a fresh email, with the concern, so that we can help sort it out at the earliest possible.
In your email, please mention the following important details:
1) Your original concern that you were facing (early email communication would be appreciated)
2) A photo of your original bill of purchase.
3) If you had shipped the product to us, do attach courier bill/receipt/tracking ID (mention courier company)
4) Sometimes if we have not received your courier, then it implies that either we have not received it or it might have been handed over to a wrong person. In such cases, we advice you to claim the parcel from the courier company and we always advice you to keep a note of the name of the person who received it along with their personal phone number (usually provided to courier company at time of delivery)
As of now, we do not have any callback numbers and we will try our level best to get back to your email within 24-72hours of time. We are looking forward to get this issue resolved in matter of days.
