[Resolved]  Tradeindia.com — After receiving advance services not given

We "Welcome Enterprise" were approached by tradeindia employee named "Ujjwal Tyagi" and then he had arrange a meet via zoom to his senior "Ravi Singh". We agreed for 1 year service of Trade India including a website for Rs. 33, 333.00/1 Year. For web site making we have to give the content. We had given advance payment of Rs. 20, 000/- via online transfer on 22/09/2023. They had form a whatsapp group and assure us to solve any issues within 24-48 hours.

We had sent all the details and images required by them to design the website on 04-10-23.

Once they received advance they had design the website as per their liking and send us the link to check on 13-10-23. We had suggested some changes and send them all required information for making changes. After that they are kept calling for Balance Payment. We told them that as per mutual agree we will only make payment once our website get ready. Initially they told that it will be done in 1-2 days and they keep sending the website link for approval with no changes or 1-2 changes and demanding balance payment but they haven't done changes as per what we said. They had last sent website link for approval on 16-11-23 which was same as previous one with no changes been made as we suggested.

Our last communication with the Tradeindia team was on 21/11/2023. Now more than 2 months they are not calling or giving response to us for the balance work and service they have to give us.

As they are failed on their part we would not like to do any deal with them. We are requesting you for the refund of Rs. 20000/- which we had given as advance.

Tradeindia person named Sanjay Prajjwal contacted us and assured us that they will solve our issues. While they sorted issue of website and gone live but other services were still pending. We got a call for balance payment after few days where we told them that our few services like (Made In India Tag, Product Showcase, Top 7 position on 3 keywords, Removing Number masking service, Email id details, Updating contact number etc.) are pending so requested them to start the services and we will make balance payment immediately.

Again after few days we tried to contact Sanjay Prajjwal but can not reach him. After 30-40 days one another person named "Karan" came to visit us for service whom we told our issues and he assure that he will resolve the same. Again after few days Person named "Manish" came to meet us and same thing with him as well.

Now recently on 25th May 2024 Branch Manager named "Sanjay Gupta" came to meet us with Manish. We told him the issues and Sanjay looked into the account and told us that they had cancelled some of our services which was never got on were cancelled by them and reason given was that our balance payment was not done and our website also changed to basic webpage.

They had put our services to basic category without informing or notifying us. Tradeindia has changed our service to basic which is not worth for us and we don't have opted for the same against our Advance of Rs. 20000/- without our concern.

Finally after discussion Mr. Sanjay told us he can not give us services we opted for because it has been cancelled by the company but to pay another Rs. 38300/- and he will give us our choose service with 3 years validity instead of 1 year. But again we have to make payment first. So we Cleary told him we are not interested in giving money before our full listed service starts.

Now they are saying then only do after we give Rs. 38300/- otherwise they can not give us services. So we had lost total faith in the company which is taking our hard earned money doing their things without intimating us. And so now we need full refund of Rs, 20000/- we had given as advance.
