Trumount Cosmoceuticals is a welknown company. They claim that they are selling all original votre products. I purchased one of them called Votre Refining Toner from an online shoping store & I got a fake one. When I applied it on my face, my skin became red and swollen ans it was burning like hell! When i complaint, that online store apologised and said that the seller Troumount Cosmoceuticals is responsible for it because they provided fake product!! I forgave the online store and contacted the seller Troumount. When i called-
1. They said they know nothing about it
2. When i sent the snapshot of the duplicate item, they said it is Original!!
3.When i sent the picture of the original product, they said they do not supply fake item.
4. When I provided enough proof they ignored me. I contacted them two times after that but still they are ignoring me.
But now I want to take a major step.I dont want others to suffer like me. They are also misusing the name of Votre, a leading beauty brand. It is illegal. And a want to put a stop to it. They deserve a good lesson.
