Complaint marked as Resolved The complaint is resolved. I wrote an email to Vefro and Doc Martin regarding the shoe ( Mention every thing in detail like Order Number and Tracking Number etc.. ) which makes it easy for them to resolve and act accordingly. Also i had a chat with Drishti, Associate Customer Delight from Doc Martin which was helpful. All i can say is " Patience " and write them email every 1 or 2 week and also submit a complaint on this forum.
Vefro customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
