So as another disappointed Vespa scooter owner, I did some analysis across India to check how many Vespa scooter owners are really happy with Vespa scooter purchase. Seems it stands 95% ( Vespa owners who attended at least one service from Vespa service centre) are fully disappointed and upset, while 5%(Vespa owners who just booked are just took delivery and yet to encounter event he first service in Vespa service centre) are extremely happy. So based on this statistics almost every Vespa vehicle owner in India is dissatisfied with Vespa service centres, however they were actually a very happy customers of Vespa until vehicle purchase an delivery.
So why is the Vespa customer service awesome until purchase and deliver and totally worse post purchase ? I would like to know the root cause of this. Since I have serviced myself or analysed other indian two wheeler manufacturers atleast maintain minimum of 50% satisfied customers including vehicle service, while Vespa service centres totally get 1 star and negative comments by all Indian vespa owners.
Vespa as a vehicle itself is very good with great design, build, performance and looks. But is Vespa India damaging the reputation of Vespa brand by providing worse service all over India post purchase ?
I also have made a tweet regarding this tagging necessary Piaggio and vespa officials. But i think it will go in vain until unless some one from Vespa group outside India would notice it. Was this information helpful? |
