I purchased the Oppo phone for my mom on January 3rd 2022. On January 28th it stopped working. She doesn't use phone much. When my parents visited the Vijay Sales Chakala branch the sales representative was rude and refused to give any service. He asked them to ho to the Oppo service centre in ghatkopar. They asked him to send as we had bought it from there and they are senior citizens. Finally he agreed and we get the phone done and are told that the phone charging point had moisture. Within two weeks the phone shows it's updating and goes on recovery mode by itself. Even YouTube and quite a few apps were not working after the first repair..
Again my parents had to visit the branch and submit. This time we don't even get a call from Vijay Sales after the phone has been repaired. After a week long wait i visited the branch and the phone was with them. For a week they didn't even inform. Didn't expect this kind of service from Vijay Sales.
Today 26th of February again the phone has gone into recovery mode after showing updating message.
I'm sure this time too we won't be provided with any alternative. Within 2months this is the third time.
Oppo should replace the faulty product. Didn't expect this kind of service from Oppo. Was this information helpful? |
