I have purchased one product last year. Due to some reason, its not working properly. So I just informed to Vlebazaar support team and they also accepted my query and claimed warranty replacement.
I just return back the product to the seller. Here I created one support ticket 2 month before. First i got few responses. After that they didn't responded back. Even i don't know about the status. So I expect some good response . Kindly do the needful.
