[Resolved]  Wakefit — No Delivery of the order

I have ordered a Wakefit Dual Comfort Mattress - Hard & Soft on 14th April. It was shown that it will get delivered on 24th April. Today is 30th April and i have been following up with them almost every day.. And everytime i chat with them they ask for 24-48 hours time and nothing happens with that period. I asked for their phone numbers and when i called its showing server error.. When i asked the same in the chat, they said its a technical fault.. When i asked for the address, they said they can not lrovide me the address of the company as per thier company policy... When i asked them that if i dont get the product delivered within next 48 hours (as per their ask to resolve the matter again), will i get the refund, then they said that they cannot commit anything on that.

Now, this means, i dont have their phone number to reach to them, i dont know thier address to reach them and they cannot commit any fixed resolution as they are only asking for time each time i reach to them on chat, and if the product doesnot get delivered they cannot even commit for a refund.

As per me they are not taking my complaints seriously and i fear my hard earned money is on stake.

I ask for your help in this.

The compalint is not resolved and still i havent got any delivery from the company.. The same things are getting repeated.. All they are doing is calling and providing a time line.. But there is no delivery happening. The company do not have any value to their words.. Below was the complaint i have submitted earlier - kindly help..
