Wakefit — Product not yet received and status shown as delivered

We have ordered a recliner and the delivery team took back the product stating it's defective and we have not recieved neither the money back or the product. We have raised customer support from long time but no one has even bothered to call back and update the status. Everyday the same story give us 24 hrs. They have changed the status to delivered without even getting a signature on receipt from the customer.
