Placed an order for 2 sheesham bookshelves on 6th September. Order Id # ORDER2021094iKuAY
Haven't received them yet! And no information, no proper reason, fake assurances every time i reach out. On threatening to file complaints they lied about order being dispatched on 1st december, and as usual no items received. I only had to msg again, on which yet again the robotic response was given via sms that dispatch is delayed. Zero empathy towards customer!
Wakefit as a company has lost credibility. Product quality has also gone down as i have ordered before as well, and my friends have also ordered and i have seen the products they received with so many issues and defects. best to stay away from Wakefit now. Was this information helpful? |
