Sir, I would like to inform you that after receiving the bill ( Bill period- January 2021-March 2021 on 26/12/2020. I have paid the outstanding billing amount of Rs.2666.00 through PHONEPE application by QR Code scanning procedure and the payment was successful.The transaction id of that transaction is- T2012301515189220222426( screenshot attached) and the money was deducted from CITI bank account (Achinto Chatterjee) and the money is deposited to WBSEDCL BANK Account. But sir my bill is still showing unpaid on your website and I have not yet received any money receipt document from your side.That's why I am so worried and don't understand what I should do now.

But sir my bill is still showing unpaid on your website and I have not yet received any money receipt document from your side.That's why I am so worried and don't understand what I should do now.
Today (4/1/2021) I visited WBSEDCL KALNA Office and they told me that it is a problem will all QR PAYMENTS and guided me to post the complaint online
So sir please take necessary action as soon as possible
