I have been a customer of You Broadband powered by Vodafone since last 2 years and since last 1 year facing continuous issues with internet connectivity. I have been complaining to the company and they are resolving the complaints without any action.
I have been paying annually as I got good service last year but this year experience has been pathetic and on top there executives are least bothered about issues. It's been more than 1 year any technician has visited my residence to resolve connectivity issues either No Connection or slow speed. Icing on the case is fake usage report. They are showing usage when there is no connection.
For example, Yesterday October 29th there was no internet connection but they are showing usage of 18.36 GB.
Could you please look into issue and help as I am left with only 2 months of validity and 16 TB o[censored]nused data due to their connection issues and slow speed issues.
