I bought a robo VACCUM CLEANER from Eureka forbes I have been trying to reach them since October 2023 WHEN IT WAS IN WARRANTY PERIOD .They refused to come and check product for few months and then finally the technician came and took the vaccum cleaner and since then I have not received any updates and the person incharge Shailendra has blocked my phone number
