100 Best Buy — Non refunding my money

My Name is Surender Kumar Yadav . Around three months before when I was using my PC on internet, one option was blinking on the display for lottery.

I replied the lottery and paid the amount 900/- twice.(total 1800/-) but my name has not reflected any where.

When I requested for refund they refused, and requested to me that I should purchase some iteem from tham.

When I wanted to purchase some thing they said only 30% of amount will be used from the depositted amount it means for recovery of 1800/- I have to spend around Rs.7500/-

100 best buy is looting and making fool the citizen of India, it should be stopped immediately and amound which they hold should be refunded.
