[Resolved] 100 Best Buy — Wrong delivery of Koutons Pack of 5 Formal Shirts (Assorted Colors) | |||
This is with reference to my order of Koutons Pack of 5 Formal Shirts (Assorted Colors) as I received mail request for purchasing the same, Date : 08 January' 2014 & order #28536986, I received my parcel on January 13' 2014 and paid INR 1265/-. I requested courier man to check the items first before paying which he refused and advised in case of any issue they will replace the item immediately. I opened the parcel and found wrong Koutons shirts with very-very dirty (old) condition. I informed immediately to the courier person who advised to call 100 best buy customer service for reverse pick up, I did the same and I was promised by their representative Ms Anisha and Surya that my wrong shirts will be collected free of cost as per their terms and I will get replacement immediately. They had given their senior Mr. Vikas Ranjan's mobile no. as [protected] which was either switched off or no response. It has been over 35 days I am waiting for the replacement. I spent aprox INR 300 for the phone call to their customer care service. It is clear case of fraudulent and cheating to the customer and advise all customer who buy on line not to buy anything from 100 best buy.
