100Bestbuy.com — Cheated inr 599 and the site is closed now

ON 07/10/2013, I paid Rs 599 for their Samsung Galaxy phone contest, after confirming with the customer care that I can buy products from their site with that money. However I visited the site many times after that but found that the products were not to my liking, I kept postponing the shopping with them, thinking that I will uilize the coupon when a product I like would be available. Today, I tried to access the site and found that that my site is no where to be found. Only the seller.100BestBuy.com?login.php, opens. I am shocked to see that this site has been closed and It just dawned on me that. this company has actually cheated me. I wonder how many such cases are unreported. This might very well turn out to be a huge scam, with several crores of rupees involved.
