I would like to inform you that on 15.02.2014, I received a call from customer care executive of 100bestbuy.com to participate in the contest organized by them on monthly basis. On their request I paid Rs.7, 999/- by debit card on the same day. I again received a call from them on 26.03.2014 to pay more Rs. 11, 999/-. I refused the same, then they said you can not participate in the contest if you do not pay the amount. On the basis of the above, I paid more Rs. 11, 999/- on 26.03.2014 in their account by debit card to keep active in the contest. Overall I paid a total amount of Rs.19, 999/-, which shows in my account as a credit points.I participated in 3 contests as follows; Srl Date of payment Participated for item Amount paid 1 15.02.2014 Samsung Galaxy S4 Rs. 7, 999/- 2 26.03.2014 Nokia Lumia 1020 Rs.11, 999/- 3 30.03.2014 Nokia Asha 206 Rs. 1/- TOTAL Rs. 19, 999/- As per their policy, they declare that they declare the results of contest on 15th of the every month, They also send a mail and SMS to the participant "you have successfully registered for 100bestbuy contest. We will update you on the result by email." In this regard I want to inform you that I have not received any call, SMS or E mail till date for the result of the contests even after 80 days. Recently they declared the results for the month of March, 2014 and listed the names of winners on their website. On the checking of the results, they have not declared name of winners of Samsung Galaxy S4, Nokia Lumia 1020 and Nokia Asha 206. I asked them about the results of the contest for the above products, they do not reply satisfactory saying that you are not lucky winner. I have SMS and mail sent by them regarding contest, where they agreed to inform the results of the contest by mail. In view of the above, you are requested to investigate their contest system and check whether such contests are actually carried out or it is only fraud with the customers after collecting money from customers. After a long time of about 10 months and all the details provided by me which you have demanded, you have not replied properly till date. Please look into the matter and do the needful. I want my money back or allow me to utilise the credit points. You are not informing customer about non utilization of 100% credit points at the time of participation of contest and cheat the innocent customer with your hidden policy.
I have following complaints against your company.
01. Only 10 to 15 % credit points can be utilized.
02. Prices of products on your website are very high in comparision with other online websites.
03. Required products are out of stock.
04. Formatic replies of mails are being given without proper understating the customer's requirement.
Please look into the matter and do the needful as fund is blocked with your website for more than one month.
