100Bestbuy.com — Fraud of contest, and no return of money or product | |||
I participated in the contest of mobile phone by paying Rs.699 on which it was said win or get back cash. the cash was not returned but was credited in their websit from where we have to purchase a product. after some arguments, i still agreed to buy a product..its been a month the product is not yet delivered. i am fed up of calling the customer executives and have wasted almost a balance of Rs.200 making them calls everyday. the names of the customer executives are : Mr. Raj singh, the senior executive whose number was been forwarded to me by the jr.executive Mr.sunil. the phone is always switched off. Mr. Ravi Kumar who promised to deliver the products and was not available later on phone calls. Ms. Sarita padna and some Ms. Tanu who just disconnected the calls. the customers are treated so badly...I am on the urge of crying with this sort of behavior of 100bestbuy. just cant take this anymore..my Rs.800 are stuck with this online website and other expenses are different. I still have not recieved any rsponse from the 100bestbuy customer service...thats wat i am saying this is the service given by the 100.bestbuy...even after the complaint they have not responded.

these people are cheats and someone needs to take action against them.
I have tried Indian Consumer Forum, CORE, consumer complaints and nobody seems to be interested in solving the issue.
Could we get on a call, my number is [protected] so that we could collectively take some action.
i already have 10 customers who are cheated with amounts of 10k and more.
We need to do something or else this company is getting away with cheating and frauding customers.
